As an Account Executive (Junior), you will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You will understand clients' business objectives, recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly while maintaining excellent client relationships.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will act as a strategic business partner for clients by understanding their business challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending impactful digital marketing solutions. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project success while driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan keyword research dan menyusun SEO strategy.
- Menyusun content plan beserta content pillar.

- Menyusun laporan (report) performa SEO secara berkala.
- Melakukan presentasi kepada klien (opsional).
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang SEO, khususnya dalam keyword research dan content strategy.

Job Summary
As an Account Executive (Junior), you will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You will understand clients' business objectives, recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Recommend digital marketing solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to clients' needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Content, and Project Management) to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
Maintain accurate sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets while delivering excellent client experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive, Business Development, Sales Executive, Client Service, or a related role.
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Consulting Firm is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, including SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and target-driven environment.
Familiar with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Resilient with a growth mindset, and able to handle rejection positively during prospecting and business development activities.

You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project success while driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
Conduct business discovery sessions to identify client challenges, goals, and growth opportunities.
Develop strategic digital marketing recommendations aligned with clients' business objectives.
Lead client presentations, business reviews, and solution pitching.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Junior Account Executives in prospecting, client relationship management, and account growth initiatives.
Understand and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Website, and Content Marketing) to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations to clients
Monitor campaign performance and communicate strategic insights to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Resolve client concerns proactively while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and account documentation through CRM.
Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's business growth initiatives.
Mentor and support junior Account Executives when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Business Development, Client Partner, or related role.
Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Consulting Firm is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and business consulting principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into strategic solutions.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Familiar with CRM platforms and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding B2B sales and revenue targets.
Ability to lead and ensure seamless execution of the agency's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the transition of projects from Business Development to Operations, ensuring service quality and operational excellence.
